Products from the Keltum Table Talks collection can only be shipped to: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany and Denmark.

A track & trace code will be sent to you by email once your package has left our warehouse. This tracking code will allow you to follow your package.

Orders can be canceled before shipment. In case you have not yet received a confirmation of shipment by email, it is still possible to cancel. Please contact our customer service at keltum@cookware-co.com (mentioning in the email subject ‘Cancel order’ and your order number).

Please contact our customer service at keltum@cookware-co.com (mentioning in the email subject ‘Return order’ and your order number). They will assist you.

We only accept returns within 14 days after the order was placed.

Our delivery terms are 3 to 5 business days.
